1. Данный прибор используется для определения кажущейся вязкости моторных масел и базовых масел методом симулятора холодного запуска (CCS) при температурах от –5 до –35°C, касательных напряжениях приблизительно от 50 000 до 100 000 Па и скоростях сдвига приблизительно от 10⁵ до 10⁴ с⁻¹ для вязкости приблизительно от 900 до 25 000 мПа•с. Диапазон измерения прибора зависит от модели прибора и установленной версии программного обеспечения. 2. Результаты измерения кажущейся вязкости при прокрутке двигателя, полученные этим методом, связаны с характеристиками моторных масел при прокрутке двигателя.

Test temperature is measured near the stator inner wall and maintained by regulated flow of refrigerated coolant through the stator. The speed of the rotor is calibrated as a function of viscosity. Test oil viscosity is determined from this calibration and the measured rotor speed.

  1. Structural Features: Modular in design, this item is fitted with a constant-temperature bath, vacuum system, testing setup, and power control system. Besides, it comes with microcomputer-automated result processing.

    1)Constant-Temperature Bath Section: This section is equipped with a refrigeration compressor, a temperature control unit, and a circulation system. It acts as a cold source for the testing setup.

    2)The vacuum system includes a vacuum pump, bottle for collecting waste liquid, etc. It is mainly used for sucking out the last test sample and automatic cleaning before the tests.

    3)Test Assembly: It consists of motor, stator-rotor set, drive belt, transmission shaft, a speed measuring system, etc. This is one of the main components of this instrument.

    4)Power Control System: Includes a DC power supply, microcurrent control regulator, sample temperature control system, and displays for rotor speed and motor current. This is also a main part of the instrument, which is used for managing the functioning of the test assembly.

    5)Micro-Feed Pump: It comes with independent utility model patent rights (ZL 2015 2 0568809.4) and invention patent rights (ZL 2015 1 0459856.X), so this micro-feed pump not only guarantees the constant injection of the sample of the real oil but also makes it possible to automatically clean the test chamber.

  2. This instrument uses a Danfoss compressor refrigeration system that is characterized by the rapid cooling, quiet operation, durability, and energy saving feature.

  3. Temperature Control: An industrial computer program controls the temperature with a high precision of ±0.05℃. A certified Pt100 sensor is used for temperature measurement. This sensor is very fast and dependable; it is able to reflect sample temperature changes almost instantly. By exact computer control, the sensor completely satisfies strict test requirements for cooling rate and temperature accuracy and substantially improves the reliability and genuineness of test results.

  4. Motor System: The machine incorporates a powerful motor which continues delivering a steady torque throughout the test assembly for reliable test performance.

  5. Power Supply System: The device uses a professional constant-current and constant-voltage power supply, which is a motor-dedicated one, so it supply the great accurate and highly reliable power to the whole test assembly.

  6. One-Touch Operation: An industrial computer controls the whole technical process automatically, so all the equipment is fully automated. As a result, the need for human operation is significantly reduced, which also means fewer errors caused by humans in the test results, meeting even the most stringent accuracy requirements of the testing process.
